The Event: Erin and Brett were hosting a multi-day wedding celebration on British Columbia’s beautiful Sunshine Coast. The bride’s vision was to have an organized wedding and enlisted the services of KindCo Consulting Inc. for event flow guidance and day of event coordination.

The Format:

The wedding celebration started with guests arriving on Friday for an evening of games, barbecue and campfire s’mores. The following day was the big day which involved the wedding ceremony, a surprise presentation to the bride and groom by special guests facilitated by the officiant, an outdoor dinner and a dance party. In the months leading up to the big weekend, KindCo provided event consultation services, including developing the run of show that drove the structure for the celebrations. KindCo worked with the lighting crew, AV, catering team, rented bar partner, event rental partner, florist, officiant and photography and videography crew to ensure the day went smoothly and on schedule.
