Companies who trust our work
Trust isn't a culture initiative. It's the foundation of how people communicate, make decisions, and show up for each other at work. When it's strong, teams move faster, perform better, and stay longer.
KindCo designs and facilitates workshops and gatherings that strengthen the human skills at the heart of every high-performing team — for HR leaders, managers, and executives in Vancouver and across Canada.

In KindCo's own workplace trust survey, 45% of respondents said they had left a job specifically because of low trust. Harvard Business Review research shows that employees in high-trust organizations report 50% higher productivity and 74% less stress. These aren't soft outcomes — they show up on your balance sheet, in turnover costs, in decisions that drag, in talent that quietly checks out.
Facilitated learning experiences that build trust, communication, and human skills — for teams, managers, HR leaders, and executives in Vancouver and virtually across Canada.
Strategic design and facilitation for internal events, team retreats, town halls, and milestone celebrations — purposeful gatherings that build alignment, trust, and culture.
Every KindCo experience is interactive, evidence-based, and grounded in frameworks that work — not lectures that are forgotten by Friday. We meet your team where they are and leave them with tools they can use immediately.

Communication, empathy, psychological safety, accountability — developed through facilitated, interactive experiences for leaders, managers, and teams at every level. The skills that make technical expertise translate into results.
Explore soft skills training →High-performing teams don't happen by accident. KindCo's Connection Calendar is a year-long roadmap that integrates intentional touchpoints — small and large — aligned with your company's rhythm and goals.
Small, frequent touchpoints — soft skills workshops, team check-ins, feedback practices, and leadership coaching embedded into daily work life.
Larger, curated events designed with purpose — so every gathering reinforces culture, creates shared memory, and moves your team forward.
I'm the founder of KindCo, and I come to this work with a deep belief that how we treat each other at work matters — not just for culture, but for results.
I hold a Trust at Work® certification through Charles Feltman's program, and I bring 15 years of experience in people engagement, facilitation, and organizational development to every session I lead.
My facilitation style is warm, direct, and grounded in tools your team can actually use. I believe kindness in business isn't softness — it's strategy. And the organizations that invest in learning to trust one another are the ones who show up when it matters most.
Every session is designed to create real shifts — not just awareness. Participants leave with frameworks they understand, tools they can use immediately, and a shared language that lives beyond the room.
KindCo workshops blend three modes of learning so knowledge actually sticks — and translates into how people show up on Monday morning.
We work with teams across Vancouver and Canada — on-site, at your venue, or fully virtual. Every format is designed to feel human.
