The Kent

Best suited for: Teams of 30–100 looking for a stylish offsite that doesn't feel like a boardroom. Ideal for trust-building workshops, leadership sessions, and team socials where the atmosphere does half the work.

KindCo's take: The layout lends itself naturally to breakout conversations and facilitated activities. We'd configure it with round tables or clusters, and let the room's warmth set the tone from the moment people walk in.
