The Rocky Mountaineer Station

The Rocky Mountaineer Station in False Creek is a dramatic industrial heritage building with 12,000+ sq ft of open event space, soaring ceilings, and large windows. It's managed by BC Event Management, which means planning, production, catering, AV, and even hybrid/virtual event support are all handled in-house — a significant advantage for complex events.

Best suited for: Large conferences, trade shows, company-wide celebrations, and galas for 300–1,200 guests. The ample parking and central False Creek location make it accessible for large groups arriving from across the region.

KindCo's take: A space this large rewards intentional programming. We'd work with you on the event flow, breakout structure, and facilitated moments that turn a big gathering into something people actually remember — not just a crowd in a beautiful room.

Gathering Spaces

Booked the Space? Now make it count.

A great venue gets people in the room. What happens once they're there is a different question entirely.

If you're using a space like The Kent for a team offsite, a leadership day, or any gathering where you want people to leave feeling differently than when they arrived — we can help with that part. KindCo designs and facilitates experiences that build real connection, not just fill an agenda.
