The Vancouver Aquarium
The Vancouver Aquarium in Stanley Park is one of the most unique corporate event settings in Canada — multiple spaces including galleries, the outdoor plaza, and larger halls, all surrounded by marine life that makes even a casual reception feel extraordinary. It holds up to 2,000 guests across the full facility and is available for private buyouts.
Best suited for: Large team celebrations, holiday parties, client appreciation events, and conferences that want a venue people will genuinely be excited to attend. The novelty factor is real — marine life as ambient décor is hard to beat.
KindCo's take: The Aquarium works best when you lean into the wonder of it. We'd open with a self-guided exploration period before gathering the group — letting the environment do the work of loosening people up before any structured programming begins.
